Portugal's prime minister says the country will exit its three-year bailout this month without needing an emergency line of credit.
Jess Deady's insight:
Money, money, money. Does anyone talk about anything other than money? Portugal has been broke for quite some time. In order for them to get back on their feet they are exiting the bailout without asking for an emergency stash. This is smart on their behalf because countries that borrow money always end up in debt to their suppliers.
